These terms govern your use of mist-diamond.com and the MIST iPhone app. By using them you agree to these terms.

  1. The service

    The site and the app present MIST jewellery, let you save pieces, design a piece in the studio, send requests and join MIST Club. They do not take online payments: prices are given on request and a purchase is completed with the atelier.

  2. Your account

    Give accurate details and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens in your account. You can delete it at any time.

  3. Requests and orders

    A request or booking is an invitation to talk, not an order. A piece, price and delivery become binding only when the atelier confirms them in writing. Descriptions, images and specifications of stones and metals are indicative until they are confirmed in the atelier’s certificate or quote.

  4. MIST Club

    Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold. They are earned for the actions shown in the app and for purchases recorded by the atelier. Your level follows all the points you have earned; spending points does not lower it.

    A reward voucher is used once, at the atelier. We may correct points awarded by mistake and may remove points or close accounts in case of abuse. Rewards, levels and benefits may change; points you have already earned are not taken away because of such changes.

  5. Acceptable use

    Do not misuse the service: no automated access, attempts to break its security, false requests or abuse of invitations and rewards.

  6. Our content

    Texts, images, designs, models and the logo belong to MIST or its licensors. You may view them and share links; do not copy or reuse them commercially without permission.

  7. Liability

    The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for interruptions. Nothing here limits the rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

  8. Changes

    We may update these terms and the service. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept it.
